Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Requirements: Available on orders over $50
  • Perfect for: Budget-conscious shoppers who can wait a bit longer

Please note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Bodysuits and Adult’s Onesies (intimate apparel items)
  • Boots & Shoes (footwear for hygiene concerns)
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items from categories like 1920’s Gatsby Accessories, 40’s – 50’s Pinup, or Rock & Roll

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send anything back without this approval.

Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item

Place the item in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the package, and ship it to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing

Exchanges
