Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- With all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Bodysuits and Adult’s Onesies (intimate apparel items)
- Boots & Shoes (footwear for hygiene concerns)
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items from categories like 1920’s Gatsby Accessories, 40’s – 50’s Pinup, or Rock & Roll

How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email us at [email protected] with your order details. Use the template below to ensure we have all the information we need.
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send anything back without this approval.
Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item
Place the item in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the package, and ship it to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the status of your refund or exchange. Processing takes 5-7 business days after arrival.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What’s Refunded
We refund the item price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
If you’re exchanging for a different size or item, we’ll ship the new item once the return is processed. We cover exchange shipping costs if the exchange is due to our error; otherwise, you may need to pay the shipping difference.
